In 2012 Conspiracy of Beards commandeered a giant bus and traveled up the Pacific Northwest coast to perform in Portland, Seattle and Vancouver Canada, our first international show! It was an amazing journey, much of which you can experience in our documentary DVD, A Midnight Choir, which tells the history and origins of the choir and gives an intimate behind the scenes look at nearly all of our performances during our 2011-2012 season, including Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, our show with long time Leonard Cohen collaborator Sharon Robinson, our charitable benefit concerts, and our entire New York tour, (you’ll laugh, you’ll cry, then you’ll laugh some more).
